responsibility or liability for the actions, products, and content of all these and any other
third parties. We urge you to review  their privacy statements and other conditions of use,
before making any purchase from them or revealing any personal information.


Editorial Services

If you should engage us to provide editorial services, you agree to the following terms:

  • Limited service.  We are not a publisher or a literary agency.   We do not have the
    means to publish your manuscript, help you market your writing, or introduce you to someone who can.  

  • General advice.  Our role is simply to help you to refine your manuscript, and offer general advice with regard
    to how to present your work to agents or publishers when the opportunity arises.

  • Subjective judgment.  When we return your edited manuscript, we will recommend changes that represent the
    educated opinions of our editors.  Apart from the absolutes of accepted English grammar, this is a highly
    subjective matter.  Other professional editors might have different ideas or opinions.  In any event, you are still
    free to accept or reject any or all of our advice.

  • It's your message.  When publishers decide which books/articles/etc. to accept for publication, their choices
    are based upon many criteria.  First and foremost, of course, is your message -- over which we at CBE have no
    control.  

  • No guarantees.  Therefore, despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee that your manuscript will ever be
    published.

  • Unforeseen events.  We are not responsible if your manuscript should become lost, stolen, or damaged in the
    mail.  Also (in the case of electronic submissions), we are not responsible for data that is lost due to any
    malfunction of your computer, fax, email server, or other electronic equipment.

  • All sales final.  If you should be dissatisfied with our service, we will make every effort to resolve the matter in
    a fashion that is acceptable to both parties.  However, since the quality of all literature is in the eye of the
    beholder, we will not pay refunds to dissatisfied clients.  All sales are final.


Privacy

We will never share your personal information with anyone, at any time, for any reason, ever.  How's that?  

All credit card transactions are handled by Pay Pal®, an Ebay company.  We do not have access to your credit card
number.

                                                          About City Boy Enterprises

City Boy Enterprises is a sole proprietorship organized in Los Angeles County, CA.  Steven L. Hutson, Owner.  Its
purpose is to promote materials that foster the spread of the Gospel.  In the future, we are hoping to diversify into
other lines of business.

We hold a Seller's Permit ("resale license") from Board of Equalization of the State of California, and a business
license issued by the City of Palmdale.  Trade references available upon request.
